♥ PROCESSING TIME ♥
• 2-3 business days after finalization of all proofs; however, we do process and ship items as soon as possible. Once the design has been finalized and the printing process has started, we will not be able to make any changes.

• Due to the unique nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Shipping internationally for large orders may incur additional shipping charges.
• We prepare and ship orders from Monday – Friday (without Saturday and Sunday). Weekends do not count as part of shipping days

My order arrived so quickly, earlier than I was expecting. The quality is amazing and looks just as I had hoped it would. Super impressed by the packaging of the parcel as well – everything was nicely bubble wrapped and plastic wrapped. Have ordered from elsewhere previously and packaging left a lot to be desired so it was GREAT to order from somewhere that took pride in packaging properly for transit. I had to reach out and ask a couple of questions and Ellie was SO quick to respond and was so pleasant to deal with.
